Cheap workstation

Thread Starter
I just got a job doing video editing, but it's not too intensive (I'm using Camtasia and Illustrator/Photoshop for gif images at the moment, will probably move onto Flash soon), but they don't have a PC for me at the office... so, I've been lugging my sig rig all the way to the office every day, which sucks. I should be getting a pretty big paycheck in the next couple weeks though, which I fully intend to use to fund a workstation. I want this thing to be as cheap as possible, while still being able to perform the core functions I need it to without any major lag. I don't really want to spend my whole first paycheck on something I'm going to use for work, so I put together a build. I'll be using the PSU from my sig rig since it's a piece of crap, and upgrading that. Also, my girlfriend has a small monitor she does not use, and she offered to let me have that at work.

Anyway, here's the build. If there's anything you think I could do better on, please let me know! Thanks.

I don't know anything about AMD, but i would think you would need more HDD space for video editing? more RAM too maybe?

Also what is your actual budget. You could probably get a cheap i5 for around this price.

Budget is, quite literally, the cheapest I can get. I'd say $300, maybe $325. I don't really even want to buy the thing.

The cheapest i5 on Newegg is $184.99. That's a full hundred more, lol. Not really that close. ><

Edit: Oh, I didn't really respond to the rest, sorry. I have a TB external for the files, so HDD space isn't an issue. I can add another down the line if I really need to, but I don't want to really spend much on this so right now I won't need it. RAM's not an issue, the programs I'm using won't use more than 4GB at a time.
