The Vertex has a lot more to offer than Intel's SSD.

I thought the extra IOPS and faster read/write and for a little bit more money was good comparison between Intel (reliability) and Ocz (Cheap Speed)
I would go Intel, the extra speed (that you don't notice unless you bench) is not worth the crappy reliability and support that OCZ has.

Definitely the F3, the F4 is more of a slow storage drive.
The F3 is fast enough to be a boot drive.

wouldn't the f3 be considered the slow storage drive? since its 1 terrabyte and alot of reviews on newegg are showing the f4 to be faster then the f3

Vertex all the way. The Vertex is faster than the Intel SSD even when your using SATA II as opposed to SATA III.

And sorry i cant help you with the Hard drive.
