New lcd = no post

Thread Starter
Hey guys i used to runing my desktop on a crt.
Anway i bought a new lcd , samsung 3d ready, anyway the pc was off i changed the displays and my entire pc just freezes. The bios doesnt show and the keyboard's numlock doesnt turn on. I switched back to my old crt = same problem. I removed my 460 and pluged it in built-in and the pc turned on normally and posted (See built in-gpu can help *z68*).
Am at work atm but heres what am gna try:

1. Ill try plugging and unplugging everything again .
2. Ill try an old 9800gt and see if the 460 gone bad or the pci-e itself on the motherboard.
3. Also am gna try my 460 on another pc with different psu, and try my new lcd there.
4. If all fails (9800gt is not mine) ill do a fresh install of win7.

Any more suggestions are welcomed.
Note that it wasnt overclocked, dont need to when playing on 1024x768 . And i tried to reset the bios but to no avail.

Why would you bake a card that would still have warranty? Silly advice.
