Hey there hope this is the right place

I purchased a Razer black widow ultimate and Razer naga epic
on the 28th of may,i payed €292 for the 2 items,i got a email to say
the items have been shipped within Europe since i'm in Ireland to my
destination, shipping date was the 31st of may

Thank you for ordering from The Razer Store on 28 May 2011. We'll have people packing your order shortly. Once your package ships, you'll receive another email with a link to track your order

Thank you for ordering from Razer | For Gamers. By Gamers.â„¢ | on 28 May 2011. The following product(s) have shipped. If you paid by credit card, your credit card has now been charged.

That was the 31st of may

They sent me a tracking number with the email which was a reference number as i contacted Dhl and they told me this is no good,so i contacted Razer customer service which is a joke as i got a automated reply saying we will contact the shipper on your behalf and get back to you in 72 hours which i find very frustrating.

So they sent me a new tracking number again which was wrong again,
so i got in contact with a guy in the usa customer service and he requested a tracking number for me and sent me a new 1 which was wrong he told me he didn't trust them in the European warehouse obviously this is not the first time this has happened,

and he promised to sort the problem and sent me some swags as for the crap ive gone through, and said he would get back to me, i'm still waiting and its the 16 of june and still nothing and im worried now if i will ever get my keyboard and mouse since they have my money, just wondering did any1 here have this problem im having and any advice on what to do next as there is no contact number in Europe to ring them

I ordered from the Razer store in the US and I had no problems, my order actually got to my place ahead of schedule.

Again, when I had to RMA my mouse in the US, no problems there either.

However, if this is something that happens frequently in Europe (from the guy in the US's point of view) then I would contact whatever sort of Better Business Bureau you guys have over there.

*edit @smorg - haven't had any problems here...

Never bought from them, but that does sound pretty distrubing...I wouldn't buy directly from them now.

seriously i would just call, and then ask for their managers to get on the line instead
then scream a bit, then demand more free krap for their service
