OCZ Vertex 3 240GB vs OCZ Vertex 3 120GB x2 in raid 0

OCZ Vertex 3 120GB MAX IOPS Editionx2

or

OCZ Vertex 3 240GB

Interface: SATAIII

I will be using these SSD(s) for my applications/operation system and keep a seperate RAID Array of HDDs for storage.

How reliable will the single 240gb be vs the 2 120s in raid 0? I am guessing the two 120s will outperform the 240 but is the risk of reinstalling my OS all the time especially with the sandforce controller having bad history worth it?

Anybody with any experience with these SSDs have any input? Thanks

Get the Vertex 3, same speed as 2 Vertex 2s but with the Vertex 3 you keep TRIM and can update to RAID in the future.
