Help with 1090t - Page 2

You might need to increase NB frequency to get it stable. Try 2600Mhz.

You guys have to remember that chips aren't created equal.

RAM won't hold him back, because he isn't OCing with Ref clock.

Some chips just dont like to be overclocked but most you just need to find that sweet spot on your system by tweaking and fiddling for hours and hours!!
Keep trying though bud, it took me a couple of weeks to get my o/c stable but i got there so dont give up just yet

After looking at the MB. It may be the MB it only has a Single 4 pin power connector for the cpu right?? That's gonna be my guess. If thats the case it may not be able the handle the voltage needed to run that chip at 4.0 with the power that is needed to do so. It also has some power saving module that may be messing with the voltage. Just a guess here.

First please fill out your system specs.
Secondly, you mentioned your temps are cool, what exactly are your temps?Ambients too.We need all this info to help.Your motherboard is definitely not going to overclock very well, and you for sure need to have one with good VRM cooling to overclock at all.
