yep my RAM was pretty close to stock speeds (even a bit under) as my motherboard doesnt give me option of putting an exact value..But yh u seem right, i;ve upped voltage now and the errors are no longer there, or they take longer to appear atleast, so i guess i'll keep doing that till no errors! ATM at 1.39V for 3.74Ghz, so not too bad!

What settings did you use to get that? I am at 3.598 ghz stock voltage. Just increase Voltage? I have same processor, asus m4n78lt mB 8gb gskill 1333 ram.

Although this is a rather old thread, indeed, at stock voltage, I was able to overclock to 3.6 (a little above, actually). I didn't like my processor temp hanging around 47C, so I decided to just leave it there. After a couple weeks of tinkering, (and unsuccessfully getting to 4GHz with any sort of stability) I decided on 3.6GHz and ~1450MHz RAM. No real complaints.

Although reading through this thread is making me want to get my hands dirty again. :-)

My advice is to keep in mind temperatures and actual loads. Getting a four-core processor running at 3.6GHz and staying under 40C for about $100 is pretty good...would you not agree? Throw in a WEI of 7.3 (Proc) and we're sitting pretty cozy, are we not?

With all of that said, I would love to know whether or not any of you have been able to get it up to 4GHz (core locked or unlocked...
