Right now my "rig" is the box that my Mobo came in. I'm in way deep on this project and probably wont Finnish it for a while

Watercooling is SMEXZ, and not that bad leak wise if you do it right.

You can get in to it for around 200-300 with a XSPC Rasa kit.
The XSPC Rasa block is right up there with the big boys but almost 1/2 the price.
