Not the best source but it covers what an ES CPU is for. It is NOT for retail, so that is why manufactures have final RETAIL products after they have gone through allot of testing.

I mean personally, I don't expect them for sale until late september

I won't have the money til then, but I'll try to wait a little bit after release and see what the OCers think of them, and how they do on AM3 MBs

Never said it was for retail. The original poster said these ES weren't BD, but they are. BD is the architecture - the same general architecture that will be used in retail chips. That's the point the person you replied to was trying to convey, which you failed to understand.
