Well one if he is cooling the CPU and 2 GPU's in that itty bitty case I don't see how he can fit the components alone let alone tubes filled with liquid...

OP why not get a tech bench?

Would covering the cost of water cooling include a window AC unit that you count use like Vega? If not, get several Black Ice GTX 480s, some high speed deltas, and a Swiftech 35X pump or possibly two in series if using really restrictive blocks.

Everything fits rather well inside of the case now. I have a 6950 in it. Im pretty sure everything will be just fine. Im planning on submerging the radiators in water full of ice.

I was going to do two 4x120mm radiators for two different cooling loops. One for gpus, and the other for the CPU, Bridges, Memory.

Just get one good 480Rad then. Also AFAIK memory and motherboard don't gain much from watercooling its mainly your CPU and GPU.

since you can't use ln2, why not get a peltier/tec or a phase change unit?
if not to cool the cpu to chill the water

Also that would be a great option a Phase change unit would work much better then a water loop.

any more info on what exactly this comp entails? I find it hard to believe you're going to come anywhere near winning with what you've told us so far and a 990x as the prize. Makes it sound semi serious.

Highest overclock? Highest benchmark scores?
