Cut your sensitivity in half. Use a ruler to help you match your 360 distance.

I've always used mine to get a better grip on the mouse, especially when lifting off, but it seems like it would be harder to grip with the way the shell is shaped. Why would the rubber grip be where your pinky would be?

The mouse is pretty light and small. It's painless to lift it with just two fingers one on each side. There's nothing you could achieve more by using one more finger to help lift/grab the mouse. The grip sounds weird at first but it's excellent once you get used to it.

I think you shouldn't stick to numbers (dpi and in-game scaling like sensitivity) at all, otherwise you'll miss a lot of good mice just because it doesn't have your 'number'. Instead, it's better to stick with actual sensitivity (cm/360º) and then use the numbers in your favor by tweaking them smile.gif

Just do what Cabbs said and be happy.

If you are having issues with a white mousepad it should be fixed by using F/W version 30a.

Unfortunately we tried everything to work on the LOD with white surfaces, but the 3090 just wont allow it.

Everyone in US who is looking for a spawn. It will be here in 2 weeks!

For everyone giving Puretrak a hard time, you have to realize that not only are they working on a new firmware set. They cant use anything that has been developed for this sensor yet because they use a different lens.

Either you set your windows sensitivity really low or something is wrong. If i used 3600dpi my mouse would move across the screen in less than an inch

I use my full arm for quick movement. Use the talent so I have a lot of space. 3600 is just ridiculous. No way you can play with 1:1 movement.

This mouse looks good I'm just a little apprehensive about the shape. My grip is a relaxed claw or a hybrid claw/palm grip. I'm worried this mouse might be a little "too claw" for me. Also worried about the ring finger rest thing getting in the way of using my ring finger for added stability/precision when aiming.

You'll probably like the shape then. I am coming from the Ikari and the Mionix Naos to the Spawn, and was used to using a hybrid fingertip/palm grip (relaxed, not quite claw, because my fingers aren't bent nearly that much, just holding the mouse). The transition was easy. The Spawn is nice to grip, and easy to lift, using ring and/or pinky fingers on the right side and thumb on the left side. The width of it gives it stability, and the stubby length gives you a little more maneuvering room with your fingertips, especially towards the rear, unlike the other two larger mice I mentioned. You most likely won't full-palm the Spawn, it's too short for that. In fact, I can put the heel of my palm on the mousepad, and, reaching all way over the Spawn with my fingers, touch my index and middle fingers to the mousepad as well.
