2600k prime95 issues

Thread Starter
Question,

I've been running prime95 on my i7 2600k @ 4.5Ghz and 1.28Vcore for the last 15 hours or so and I'm having an issue where just 1 core is having an issue rounding. All the other cores seem to work just fine, but the first 2 threads, which happen to be on my coolest core, keep dying. Any thoughts as to how I can fix this?

My core 1 kept failing when I was trying for 5ghz. 1.28v for 4.5 might be alittle low. For me I up the volts in .05 incrments. Was able to make stead finally around 1.490. at 1.28 u def have from for more volts. hope that helps
