well, i dont think to get the asus cuz its triple slot and... will be a problem if i'm going to run a Sli so.. i'll get MSI but i still have a question: outside clocks and pcb, does twinfrorzII & III has the same cooler???

I think they both use same cooler but the Twin Frozr III have better VRMs.

No the III one has something called Propeller Blade technology for 20% more airflow i think this is the only difference about cooliing system with the II one

480's are beasts... beats off my old 6970 in crysis for some reason (when i had just one working) that was without OC, now i got mine 835/1670/1848 and with IC7 temps under 85 safely, when i sell one and downgrade (smaller) ill get my axp and pump up my OC even further!

GTX 570 is better at average fps but the 480 is better at minimums. plus the GTX 570 perform better in newer DirectX11 games due to architecture improvements. and it doesnt run as hot and noisy. a reference GTX 570 may not that worth it but since he will get a non-reference improved VRMs GTX 570 its totally worth it.
