Help with ram timings looking fort a 4ghz overclock

i'm trying for a 4ghz overclock and ive tried everything but changing the ram timings is there anything wrong with these ram timings?
help much appreciated

They look good. I see your CPU is at 1.2VCore, you can safely bring it to 1.4VCore, 1.45 probably being OK too.

EDIT: Once you get your overclock dialed in you can actually tighten them a bit.

where it say adjust vtt voltage that is set to max which is +0.3 i know rubbish aint it but what would be the max overclock i could achieve with this board

Wait, +.3 from what voltage? Because if it's +.3 from 1.3 you could be overvolting your CPU pretty badly. Also, overclocking really depends on the CPU, and all CPUs are different.

here is more info and the voltage is +0.2

Oh, yea just keep it under 1.4. It would be hard to find an i3 that could do 4GHz with that voltage.

but i still cant get 4ghz stable i can get to 4ghz but it aint stable it bsods
