Computer wont turn on after a upgrade

Hello Overclock.net people,

Since i've upgraded to a new mobo (Biostar H61MH), connected every cable necessary for my setup, checked the jumpers with my manual the computer simply wont turn on.

Here is a picture of the manual and how it should be:

As the Jumpers are shown, its connected on my mobo atm. But i what i find strange is that my Power LED only has - and +, however in the manual i see 1 - and 2 +'es. Why is that?

And how come it doesn't turn on then.

So when you push the power button the computer does nothing? No fans, lights or anything.

Is your power supply turned on at the back? (derp) Is the case connected to the motherboard properly?

Nothing, its like a dead body.

Yes, the power supply works and is turned on and Yes, the case is connected to the motherboard with standoffs properly.
