If you do any video editing or you plan on using apps that run well with htt then i would get the 2600k. If you plan on mostly doing games, and basic computing the 2500k is hands down the best bang for the buck.

It's around 70% time spend on gaming and 30% time spend on video editing + blending.
The reason why i am not going with the i7 is that my budget is on 12000dkk or 2234$

I thought the same thing, Oh I dont need an i7.. But how are you going to feel when the 8 core AMD procs come out and everyone has either hyperthreading, or 8 physical cores, and then there is you that could have had it too for just 100$ more, which is really nothing when you think about the cost of an entire "high end" pc.
Well... It's not that i can't see the advantages from having the i7 over the i5.
Also a games needs to be scripted for them to take advantage of cpu's with multiple cores. So far i haven't seen any games that can use 4 core (please comment if you have) so it might take some time for companies to adapt.

With my current budget i won't be able to afford both the i7 and gtx 580. But what the heck :O i might get lucky and find another 100$ somewhere around here ^^

Switching from
ASUS GTX 580 Matrix Platinum 1.5 GB (3895dkk, 725$)
to
MSI N580GTX Lightning 1.5 GB (3564dkk, 663$)

This will save me around 300dkk or 56$. With the improvement to my budget i will be able to switch from Core I5-2500K 6 MB (1.434dkk, 267$) back to the Core i7 I7-2600K 8 MB (2000dkk, 367$).

I have now ordered my parts. Sadly i had to switch from MSI N580GTX Lightning 1.5 GB to Gigabyte gtx580 super overclock. I hope it doesn't have the same problems as its predecessors. Also switched back to the OCZ Vertex 3 Series
