well after hours of clock testing my sapphire, I think i found a stable value at 960 on stock voltage. I can't imagine where it could get if I add 0.1v more to this card somehow .

I had my money on xfx for performance, good think i didn't bet on it, it is lame that i can't get over 834

I'm really taking into consideration a hard mod for the xfx, I will probably try a few other bios before. I tried to modify the voltage with rbe in its original bios but the card didn't like it as well.

In the future I will try to stay away from xfx non-reference cards...

Guys

Dont forgetabout use Gpu-z And check all Vrm phase temp
It's very important if you want's burning you graphic card
My hd5850 is stable on core/mem 1000/1250
with Zalman vf3000A and Termalright Vrm-R3 on vrms memory
temp core/mem max 65/45

Msi afterburner vcore voltage 1.275

I fix little issue with Vrm-R3 and Vrms on hd vrms
I bougt Thermal Adhesive Tape for better heat transfering
And Zalma STG-2 forr Core
