Casio EX-H30 buy or not?

Been searching for a camera for a while now and came across this one, whoever remembered my thread from a few weeks ago, its for casual picture taking (graduation is in less than 3 weeks for me) so my parents need a camera to capture the moment.

I'm just about to pull the trigger and get it this tomorrow but can anyone say that Casio is reliable over Panasonic, Fujifilms, etc.

I'd personally rather pick out a Canon or Panasonic Lumix than a Casio.

Hm, would that also be a no to the Samsung?
