Thanks alot guys. i think im gonna chase down the 2 460's but about an hour ago i just tracked down a 580 for $320 and i really want to go for the 580 but the 460 look like a much better price. hmmm

6950 2gb, I wouldnt bother with sli as it only increases average frames and not minimum.

580 would be slower, but a better perchance if you planned to upgrade to SLI after Kepler when the price of 580s will drop quite a bit.

460 would be good if you plan to upgrade again sooner rather than later. 1GB of vram is one of the bigger problems with those cards.

For that price I'd get the GTX 580.

That also depends on the resolution and AA settings. I also prefer single GPU setups.
