Need help with a audio set up

Thread Starter
Well today I've decided I want to get a nice audio set up since I just got into making songs and beats. At the moment I am using on borde with some cheap sony headphones and I know I should get a nice set up.Im also tired of music being "bland" on here. I dont know much about computer audio equipment so here is what im asking for.can I get a decent pair of headphones, a amp and a good sound card for around 400-500$? Please help and the lower it costs the better. Thanks
Edit: I forgot, I like alot of bass so if the headphones give deep rich bass that would be great

Some decent stuff for your price IMHO is:

Corsair HS1 headphones
ASUS Xonar or Creative X-Fi soundcards
Don't know about an amp.

Looks to me like is producing music....

if you are looking to produce music you need to look into Studio monitor speakers.. not sure what card/amp combo you would need for that.. but the ATH M50s are Studio/DJ Headphones
