By the way, here is the NH-D14 homepage, it provides a lot of information about the cooler and their specifications. http://noctua.at/main.php?show=produ...s_id=34&lng=en

Here is the site for compatibility with ram and motherboards that will use the NH-D14 for CPU cooling. (Just select your motherboard and look for your motherboard model number.) http://noctua.at/main.php?show=compa...s_id=34&lng=en
Thansk Captain. I had already check that page out for my board, and I'm good. However, my ram has a big red X next to it...I'm guessing because the RAM is so tall...may have to look at a different cooler....

I had the same issues, good topic. I bought a Thermaltake SpinQ VT and according to reviews it also comes with thermal paste. I was wondering wether I should buy something else or just apply that.
