I don't want to get into taking pictures and uploading and all that so I will explain. Closer in the beginning of the game you are coming down this mountain area when Prophet says blowing up the gas stations might be a good distraction. Its an enemy base surrounded by a mine field.

Along the dirt road that leads down the mountain path, I stopped and looked at the awesome detail on the mountains with trees overshadowing me and such. Around these areas I am getting 80 ish or more FPS. One spot I stopped was showing 137 while others were mostly around 90-100. I turn around to face the enemy base where nothing is going on, and my FPS drop to mid 30s.

My GPUs start rocking around 80% each and I actually got them up to 99 each (137 FPS). However when I turn to look at the enemy base, they drop to garbage. 40-55% each.
Try not to look at your screen while benching, that should solve your problems.

You said everything was going well in your bench and then you looked at your screen and it dropped to 35, for me looking at the realtime FPS in benchmarks also scares me for some reason Idk why, I just like to go do something else in the meantime and then check the scores when they are over.

I also saw that you said you didn't see the setting for vcore.

It's labled as voltage, vcore, CPU voltage, pretty much anything with a V and CPU in it. When you get there don't try and use your numbers to change the voltage, you must use the + and - key on your numberpad to change the voltage, don't hold down shift though.

Oh you got me all wrong. I could give a **** less about what my benchmark is. I will never push my system to insane speeds to get another 100 on a score or what not.

Im here trying to get Crysis running in the state it should so I can finally sit down and play through an entire game since getting this PC over a month ago. The ONLY thing I care about with this PC is making it run games the way it should.

Thats it.

And there is no cpu voltage or anything on my mobo. Its the motherboard though. I already looked into it.

I only have 4 GB of RAM.

My BIOS screen is frozen and says 2048 MB (DDR3 1333MHZ)

Also, is there a way to get around with just the keyboard?
I just reread this, Do you have a link to what ram you have? Sounds like you don't have the right ram for 1155. That could be part of your problem.

Im pretty sure this is it.

I just ransacked their base and it was rocking pretty damn good. It seems to drop in GPU usage when I look or aim at something a little further away. I can look at the most detailed beautiful scene and it gives me great usage out of both and FPS. When I look at at something in the distance, it plummets...

Well I guess that ram is ok, But I wouldn't run 1.65v ram with 1155. Intel say to use 1.5v or lower, But I have seen people say you can run 1.65v. It sounds pretty normal for the way Crysis likes to run on my pc.

If that's all you care about, disable Fraps and just play the game. 30 FPS dip is by no means unplayable and you probably won't even notice it. If you start dropping into the low 20's and teens, you'll see visible stuttering, but you won't see that kind of minimum with your setup (until maybe the grande finale). A 30 FPS hiccup is really nothing. There was a time when folks with bleeding edge rigs would push their hardware to the max just to get Crysis running at a steady 30, and then post triumphantly on enthusiast forums for bragging rights!
