Well, first off let's look at price.

Unless you have a reason to go with that specific optical drive, you can get some for much cheaper. Check out this one by ASUS that is only $20 (maybe it's less performance? I got it and it works fine for me)
ASUS DVD Drive

That's just a couple suggestions if you like saving money.

Same thing with the hard drive. That price is a bit high. Look at getting a Samsung Spinpoint F3 (1tb, 7200 RPM). It's on sale this weekend for $49.99

Why are you getting a 2500K processor with an H61 mobo? H61 will not overclock, so you might as well save the $20 and just get an i5-2500 processor. Unless you want to overclock. In that case, look into getting a P67 or Z68 mobo.

It looks good, but I'm not up on Gigabyte Video cards, and Power Supplies.

Do you realize your wasting your money by getting the 2500K Unlocked Sandy Bridge, and an ASUS P8H61-M Pro!
That board wont let you OC that cpu, so you might as well get the i7 2500, either that or keep the i7 2500K, and get a P67 motherboard!

Oop's, it takes me to long to type on this laptop. lol

Also, you may want to look into getting a 6950 instead of the 6850!

A few more notes:

-Awesome choice for the display. The ultrasharps look like they are great quality
-RAM looks good
-Processor looks good (Unless you want to stick with the H61 mobo, then just get the stock 2500)
-PSU and graphics card both look acceptable

Hope I could help!

Too pricey for me but it seems like the OP doesn't have a strict budget. In that case I would certainly recommend the 6950 instead.
