Overclocking Advice Needed

I recently began stress testing my system at 4.5 ghz and I have a few questions about failed tests.

Intel Burn Test, I made it through ~830 seconds set on high, and ~730 on maximum. When I run Prime 95 Worker 2 always fails within the first two tests, and the system BSOD's in around 5 minutes. Under Technical information it lists "*** STOP: 0x00000001 (0x0000000076EB147A, 0x0000000000000000000, 0x00000000000000FFFF, 0xFFFFF88010281B60)

My temps never go above 62C on any core.

When set to stock my Vcore is automatically set at 1.220, and when I change the multiplier to 45x, it sets it to 1.320. I turned turbo off, and left c1/c3/c6/EIST enabled.

In all honesty I'm completely lost in situation like this and any help would be much appreciated.

I need 1.37 VCore to stabilize at 4.5GHz, try that.

EDIT: Leave turbo on, and turn C1, C3, C6, and EIST off. You can actually leave C1 and EIST on if you want it to downclock to 1.6GHz at idle.

I set it at 1.375 and it seems to be stable, made it an hour and 20 into prime before I stopped it, and 5 runs on IBT at maximum with 128 threads. Going to try backing it down in 5mv increments until I get to my lowest stable voltage.
