Asus P67 for $159

Or the Asus Sabertooth (better OC'ing board) for $199.

P8P67 PRO
ASRock P67 Extreme6

Both come with UEFI and have enough power phases to produce excellent overclocks

I'd go with one of the new Z68-chipset boards. But that's just me smile.gif

If planning to spend around 200 then go with the Sabertooth, you will not be disappointed.
