Need help with new rig

Hey guys. I just put together my new rig and I'm having a huge problem. No video and no post beeps. Here is my setup:
Case: Haf 912
Mobo: MSI 870A-g54
Ram: Gskill 4GB DDR3 1333
CPU: Phenom ii X4 955 BE
GPU: Sapphire 6850
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Plus

The case fans and the CPU fans spin, and the motherboard LEDs light up. What can I do?

Double check all your plug and everything is tight and pushed in all the way. Second put just 1 stick of memory to boot the computer and makes sure you memory is pushed in all the way. If this doesn't work you may have to clear your cmos <<< this will reset the mb to factory settings.

Hmm. Sounds like something is not hooked up right or a Bad mb. I would go to the MSI site to make sure that memory is compatible with that board. When this happened to me I was looking around at the mb and found that the bios chip was loose. I also had a case were I had to put ia dual core to get it to boot than update the bios to except the X4 chip I wanted to put in. But that was also a 790fx mb to. The 800 series mb should be all setup to except the x4 chip.

Double check where you connected the monitor. That might be the problem

I tried the system without any RAM, no beeps. I think it's the mobo or CPU, how can I tell?

I tried HDMI, and both DVI slots with the DVI->VGA adapter. My TV recognizes the HDMI and VGA input and lets me select it, but there is no signal.

Yes. The mobo LEDs are on, the case fans and CPU fans spin.

List your PSU in you specs..... minor detail... LOL

You may have something grounding out Build it out of the case and put the mobo onvthe mobo box for your station.
