i5 2500k setup, overclock advice needed

Thread Starter
Heres my setup:

Gigabyte GV-R685OC-1GD Radeon HD 6850 1GB GDDR5 Windforce Dual Fan Design

CORSAIR Gaming Series GS600 600W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev. 2 130Watt i5/i7/775/AM3/AM2+/939 compatible CPU Cooler

Intel Core i5 2500K Unlocked Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz 6MB Cache Quad-Core Processor

Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3-B3 Intel P67 Socket 1155 ATX 4x DDR3-2133 USB3 & SATA3 RAID CrossfireX (Revised B3 Chipset) Bridge LGA1155 ATX Motherboard

G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 CL8 Dual Channel Memory - Sandy Bridge Optimized

With this setup, How far should I go with overclocking? Do I have sufficient power to overclock? Do any changes need to take place?

Any overclocking recommendations.

Thanks!

your good with power. 600w is enough. Alot of people are overclocking there 2500k to 5ghz. You can get yours 4.3-4.7 stable 24/7 and OC your GPU with yout power supply. No worries there.

Id get a different cpu imo. Corsair A70. About $15-20 more, but a better cooler.

You do it in Windows with something like MSI Afterburner beta

I would get a better cpu cooler if i was you, the freezer pro is a bit crappy imho.

on a budget i would go for a CM Hyper212+ or a Mugen2, both have really good price/performance ratio

If you ever want to run CF i would pick a different board, the UD3 second pci-e slot runs at only 4x i think.
also it only got 6 power phase's to so you dont know what will happen with high overclocks in the long run really
