-is this mobo good at OC? (4.5Ghz and up)

it can do 4.5-5ghz easily after that you are going to strain the VRM. The UD3H has a few more phases thatd be a safer bet.

I have this board. At first with i5-2500k 4.5 was easy with the F2 bios. I upgraded to F4 and now can't go above 4.3 (though 4.3 is very stable at 1.32 volts; haven't tried lower yet).
