I would try out a loaner PSU first, and see if that works. I'd bet on it that the PSU would be at fault.

If its not the PSU, its obviously the motherboard. I'd test PSU first though.

In the off chance it is the psu, and you can't get another to test, you can try running occt, if you can get it running. There is something there that will stress the psu.

My fault, all the googling I did about that computer lead me to believe it had a standard 24-pin motherboard connector, if it's that crazy tiny connector psu, I'm with everyone else, scrap it.

Buy a new m0b0, case, psu ? Re-use everything else. Prolly spend something like $140 on the high side.
