Palms on my face. Listen to us, we are trying to save you money. Unless you are going to crossfire, all you need is a 450W PSU, and we've given you suggestions. I could suggest a Kingwin Lazer Gold 1000W, but I don't think you want to spend $150 more than necessary. Buy a good 400-600W PSU and you will be fine.

Kingwin Lazer Platinum 550w
Lepa G500
Enermax Pro87+ 500w
Seasonic X-Series 560w
NZXT Hale90 550w
Antec True Power New 550
PC Power & Cooling Silencer MKII 500w
OCZ Fatal1ty 550w
OCZ ModXStream Pro 500w
Enermax NAXN 80+ 500w
Kingwin Lazer Gold 550w
XFX Core Series/Pro Edition 550w
Seasonic S12II/M12II Bronze 520
Antec NeoECO 520C
Antec High Current Gamer 520
Rosewill Green Series 530
Nexus RX-5300
Nexus NX-5000 R3
Antec Earthwatts 500D
Silverstone Strider Plus 500w
Silverstone Strider Essentials 500w
OCZ StealthXStream 2 500w
Thermaltake TR2 500P
PowerColor Gamer Series 500w

Please take our advice, we are trying to help, and buying a good efficient 450-600W will serve you better than a inferior 750W that costs the same.

I wouldn't consider headroom to be a waste of money, since you won't have to buy ANOTHER PSU when you want to upgrade. So, why cheap out on the most crucial part of your rig ?

Seasonic, Corsair, Silverstone, and Antec all have great power supplies. 750w is overkill unless you plan on getting another card.
