help overclocking my AMD 1100t

I am trying to overclock my 1100T to between a 4.0 and a 4.2 and I cant seem to find any settings that are stable can someone help me out please. My system is as follows

AMD 1100T Black Edditon
MSI NF980-G65 motherboard
Hyper 212 Plus
16 gigs of Corsair ram at 1333
GTX 580 Video Card with the Arctic cooler
1050 watt Diablo Tek Power Supply
Thermaltake Armor MX Plus Case
Bios Version 02.61
Windows 7 Home Premium

I Really need some help here, ty very much everyone.

First i would suggest adding your system http://www.overclock.net/specs.php?do=addsystem
Also i would shoot for a lower overclock first.

Taking the x6 too far on this board is actually not a good idea...
(See link: "About VRMs & MOSFETs" in my sig)
There've been failures on this particular board due to overclocking an x6 and weak VRM design...

It could be that your oc is failing due to msi crappy vrms
