Won't work since you will probably have a Cd drive which will block the top intake, or half of it.

I got a drop of 1 to 2 degrees if I put both top fans as intake on my HAF X with a D14 cooler.

I also noticed a rapid increase of dust inside the case as well, even with filters.

Always use the bottom and sides for air intake. Use the top for exhaust. You want to follow the natural flow of the heat energy, and not try and push it back down.

All my fans are intake except the back 140mm one. I did some tests and this is the best I had. Comments like " heat rises, blah blah blah" are kinda annoying especially when those people didn't actually TRY different fan configurations. Oh, and as you can see, I actually own a HAF-X ( more details, temperature readings in my build log for those interested in actual tests and not talking out of their asses ).
