So, the monitors are "powered up", the GPU is too. Is the CPU? You wouldn't be the first.

Do you have access to another GPU to test with?

I tested with my old GeForce 8600 GT, same problem.

In that case, I would recommend doing as was said earlier. First, try clearing your CMOS. If that doesn't work, then take your system apart and rebuild it. This time, though, build it outside the case. Out of curiosity, did you install the BIOS speaker and is it beeping at all?

I did, I tested it out by taking my ram out it beeps, and right now it isnt.

I had this problem when I forgot to plug the power cables into my GPU. Have you made sure the sockets and plugs are ok?
