I can max out any game I want easily, at max settings on my monitor. All I ever notice being wrong is the system feeling a bit sluggish while launching programs.

Also, about the advice that said "overclock" While I would like to do this, I cant OC much or I get blue screens. If I try to overclock any it will only boot into the OS on auto voltage, I still haven't figured out why. I have saw MANY people OC to 4 GHz with only 1.35v, while I cant even do it with 1.4... If I try, it blue screens, does the same with 3.6, and even 3.4 GHz, but if I leave it on auto voltage, I can get into the OS on 3.52 GHz and lower. I looked at CPU-z to see the voltage it was using, then set it to that in bios, and the system wouldn't boot. I was just like -_______-
Seems like your best option is a SSD since u want programs to be snappier
