I plan on going push/pull on my fans for my RX240+RX360, so I'm going to order 10 of these:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835214001

Yes, I know that they aren't that good fans, and kevingreenbmx uses his on his build. Not the highest airflow, but that's not really important for an RX series rad.

Now, one last thing and I'll be 100% set. That diagram is pretty bad atm so..

Could someone make a new water loop diagram for me with these parts, I know I'm lame, but I'm a visual learner and I want to be sure ahead of time how to install it:

nothing wrong with those fans, i myself still use them. if you want black you'll have to specifically pick them out if i remember they don't have an option to pick up black fittings in the drop down.

this is a very crude picture to go off.

the 800d has enough room behind the mobo tray to run the tubing from the pump up to the 360 and from the 240 up to the res. you don't have to use that but it's just an example.

Thanks a ton for the picture, that really helps.

Since I am cooling both my 6990 and 6970, wouldn't I need a 2-3 slot VID connector? I know that my heatkiller gpu blocks both line up, so I'm not sure.

These are the clamps I'm getting unless someone has a better recommendation: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=30173

You can get a 2-3 slot connector but i've seen people just use tubing before, up to you really. As far as clamps go, i use http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...oducts_id=3802 they work just fine and are a fraction of the price.

Thanks for that, saves a lot of money!

How is this fan controller? 12 channel's is the most I've seen..

I'm replacing all of my corsair fans to scythe kaze 140mm and the other 120mm's to gentle typhoons also, so that's 17 fans total along with the 10 magma fans. Is it possible to control all 17 somehow?

Yeah, you can put more than one fan per channel. Controlling 17 is easily possible, you'll just have to control couples or something, not all of them individually.

If i'm right ( which i doubt because i'm really bad at calculating amp>watt ) then that fan controller only puts out about 12 watts per channel. i personally don't use a fan controller unless it puts out 30w per channel.

Would this lamptron be better then? http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=30412

It gives out 30 watts per channel, but how could I connect it to all 17 fans?

at 30w/channel you could use just about 3 fans off each channel, thought i'd advise only using 2. you could just run 2 on the first 7 then 3 on the last one.

Good idea, although this one is 45w per channel: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=24896

I could run 3 off the first 5 then 2 on the last 1.

Saves me $30, but I have less control over each individual fan...

Hmm.

I am not trying to be rude but before you buy the water cooling components, why don't you just get an NH-D14, you will get great cpu temps(actually the best temps from an air cooler) and a case with good airflow for your gpu's?

And yes, you should go with the Lamptron FC-2 - 45 Watts Per Channel 6 Channel Fan Controller. In the future you might get some delta's so a 45 watt fan controller would help.
