Capacity is generally more useful than speed when it comes to memory.

EDIT: Can you not get another 2 sticks of your ram?

Depends what you use it for?

Stay with what you have. What could you possibly need 16 GB of RAM.
8GB of 1866 is faster than 16 at 1333.

If your not in need of that much RAM 8GB 1866 would be a tad faster but it is less stressing on the IMC and can help push your 2600k further.

DDR3-1333..... meh, forget about using that in your comparison. 4x4GB of DDR3-1600 costs the same or lower. DDR3-1600 kits pretty much always cost lower than DDR3-1333 now, while providing better-than-"generic" quality, and performance.
2x this kit
There is no way you can get 4x4GB in any combination of DDR3-1333 for as low a price as $100 AR (and yes, it is 2 rebates/person)

I got 2 kits of this item for $100 w/o ar. That's why I thinking about changing my current ram.
I'm not doing any heavy jobs in my pc, just wonder which one will make my system faster

The faster ram will be faster, after 4gb your not going to see performance by adding more in your case.....so faster will be better, 2x4GB 1866Mhz
