Help chosing a gaming laptop

Thread Starter
Since I'm in need of a new rig and I also need a laptop for school I decided that I want to get a gaming laptop. I dont know alot about the gaming laptop area so I was wondering if someone could help me. My budget is 1200-1500$ CAD. I would prefer a screen size of 15-17" if possible. It doesnt need to max out every game but if I can play med-high with 40fps that would be awesome. Thank you

Not personally, but if you want a gaming laptop.
They're the company to go with.

I do plan on buying a laptop from them though.

Thanks. It's only 30$ over my price to get an extra battery on their higher end 15" model
