FSX can utilize a 6core CPU, so get that. Though, bulldozer is right around the corner. Not sure if your board will have a bios update to support bulldozer though.

I might upgrade to Bulldozer in the future when Microsoft Flight comes out or by then I will probably be building a SB Rig

The Phenoms/Denebs are far behind in real time applications performance then Sandy Bridge.

I'm sorry, but that really is the only good way to go. X6 won't do you much.
