Yeah, I used to record gaming videos. Even with a Samsung F3 I had massive slow downs recording. I finally got sick of the slowdowns and compatibility issues with my sound card and went looking for something else. I stopped recording videos around then though so I never ended up using playclaw, so I can't tell you if its as good as it says.

Would i need another Input cable to connet to the Power Supply?

Ive tried Playclaw Trial , Its a very Clever Programme that works with all your Cores and helps to reduce up to 85% of the lagg.

For Fraps to be smooth!
You need to be recording the files to a dedicated HDD

Sounds Good , Make an Extra Partition? Or Buy an Extra small 60GB Hard drive? Also will i need more output in my PSU to connect to the Hard Drive?

An extra partition won't reduce the lag, I already tried that. For a new hard drive you'll need a power cable and SATA cable, most PSUs have 2 or 3 plugs per hdd power cable so I'd open it up and take a look.
Also I'd get atleast a 120GB drive, at my res I got 120GB in less than an hour of recording.

Adding another HDD won't take much power
But it does have to be a HDD that isn't being used for any thing else, when you use it for Fraps recording

I'm using a WD640, but have partitioned it in half and use it for Fraps and storage

I tried "Playclaw"
And it made me lag! I gave it two threads and recorded to my Fraps drive
And my fps were at about 20 during recording! So i tried Fraps at the same place. And had 50-60fps with Fraps! (ice level after keeping Profit warm) big fight at camp

So i won't be using "Playclaw", as it isn't as good as they make out!

Is that an SSD for games? Yeah that's an SSD for games. lol.

Reduce your resolution to the resolution you want to record in.
