one quick question..what makes the Intel 510 series a better ssd?

if i go for an aftermarket cooler for the 2600k..whats a good one thats easy to install?

I'll take my chances with a 2500 with a cooler at 5 ghz over the stock 2600 all day every day. And you have $20 left over! I like my Silver Arrow!

They make adapters and or cables that make the switch for you. www.monoprice.com for cheap cables that are good quality just find the connectors you need.

There are so many ways to bring the price of this rig down, so you can get better stuff.

CASE+PSU Combo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.660204

CPU+MOBO Combo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.660186

With the change to a 2500K, that's $200 in savings with combos and different case. Get a GTX 560 Ti at the very least (heck the GTX 570). Or a 2GB Radeon 6950 or 6970.

It just doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me that you've got $1700 to spend and are only getting a GTX 460.

Just take it slow when you get all of the parts. Read the install guide to each piece you're installing and take it easy. Everything fits in one way, so as long as you pay attention and be careful the system will boot just fine, providing you don't get any DOA hardware.

Once you put together a PC, the next ones will take you only a few minutes. It's pretty easy.

Ehile you're waiting on your parts, check out Youtube for 1155 install guides and whatnot. Placing the CPU and cooler will easily be the most nerve racking.
