new 2500k rig takes long to load stuff?

Thread Starter
youtube vidoes that normally never paused while loading on my old rig pause and have to load frequently.

websites get stuck on "connecting" for long periods of time

on the other hand, games load faster, windows startup is a lot faster.

what can be the cause of this? I run CCleaner frequently and have no viruses.

Rig in use is in sig.

Something up with the integrated network controller on your mobo, maybe? Try reinstalling the drivers or installing new ones from the website.

those issues have nothing to do with CPU more like a internet problem.

I agree, try power-cycling your modem as well as your router, and restarting your computer as well, just for good measure, and see if the same thing happens.

Also, make sure all your cookies and cache and all other junk files are cleared out of your system. Maybe even ping a server/site through cmd prompt to see if its a internet issue or a browser issue. Cycle your equipment like suggested above as well.
