powercolor HD 4830 overclocking fail

hey guys, just wanted to know if there was any way to up voltage with this card. MSI afterburner's voltage control is greyed out, tried every trick, cfg file mod, and settings to unlock, still no luck. I really don't care if there is no solution or not because powercolor uses cheaper components and yeah.

At stock speeds (575/700) ran fine with ATITool artifact scan for one hour, no artifacts. But when i raise 5 MHz, (580) it gets artifacts like every 15 seconds or so I tried 700/800 with no artifacts in 2d, but when Crysis is loaded, my whole screen spontaneously combusts with artifacts! Ive read that people have gotten up to 750 core clock.. Anyways if there is no solution im just going to get an xfx, gigabyte or asus 5770. (I'm on a budget and my current build only juiced 280$ from my wallet xD) Oh yeah if flashing the video BIOS is the only option I;d go for it

PS I'm just a 13 year old kid and I don't work so don't suggest like a 6950 to me

If you tried everything in afterburner then yeah your probably down to bios flash....but is a few more fps worth it?

I guess not, but it has become a habit to oc everything i had xP It all started back in 2002 when I was 5, when my 3000 dollar Sony vaio with a celeron 1.7 single core just didn't have enough power. oced it to 2.4Ghz then everything went smooth.. It is strangely addicting to me.
