I take it you'd be fine with the feds installing cameras in your home as well as tapping your phone line to prevent "any or all illegal activities" from taking place? You should be fine with it though, since you have nothing to hide, right?

Have you guys been reading Lulzsec's twitter? They pretty much are declaring war on any government/security firm/anyone who tries to stop internet freedom. I'm currently waiting on the ****storm that is imminent.

So because something is "going to happen sooner or later", we shouldn't blame the very people who are acting criminally and give ammunition to the feds in making such regulations?

*puts on derpfoil hat*

lulzsec was actually recruited/encouraged by govenment organizations to attack sites all over the web in virtual false flag attacks to get people behind internet monitoring and regulation.

I've never viewed the internet as a safe place, I mean with all the spyware/adware/malware injections into PCs by Advertising/Marketing Corporations, who knows what they know & tell....

I see the Rich/Corporations, and then I see everyone else...

I see this as another conspiracy of the Rich much like you have outlined in your dissertation of the plot summary here DesertRat...

I'm imagining a crowd rushing down a street, there's claymores set up somewhere along the street, and there's a tripwire running across. Somebody's gonna be the one to trip it, as it's doubtful everyone in the crowd is paying attention well enough to see the tripwire.

I don't know if this is at all a good analogy... figured I'd share anyway.

Alright everyone, lean over for just a moment while your government official tattoos your federally mandated bar code behind your neck.
