Does anyone have any alternatives in mind?

I'm in the process of developing a new build and a big thing I'm trying to decide on is my next case, the build I currently have has the HAF-X case. It's a solid case but I do plan on revolving my next build around watercooling so a bit more headroom would really be appreciated.

Right now my main candidate is the Corsair 800D, price is killing me a bit but as long as it is a quality case I don't mind dishing out the cash.

But I would really like to ask all of you guys out there if there are other options I should explore before making my 800D purchase? I value anyone's input and I would really appreciate it, thanks in advance guys.

Case Labs is the other case to consider. Available in white I believe also.

One option is Xigmatek's just released Elysium.
It is of same quality as 800D but with greater watercooling flexibility and with a similar price.

Here is its newly formed club:

Yeah I was looking at it at Microcenter the other day, I love most of the internals and it looks like a solid case. A thing I don't like are the drive bays and the front panel cables, I like hiding everything and it seems that cables might be a problem here. Yeah there are a lot of grommets for cable management but they don't necessarily hide the cables.

Along with that it is a BIG case, I remember reading that it was designed from the ground up to accommodate an EVGA SR-2 and I won't be rolling with something like that for a LONG time.

That would leave a lot of unused room and would probably look pretty bad overall.

It's an insane case but I don't think it'll fit my needs.

The case labs build looks really solid but unfortunately I'm looking at a $300 maximum for the case, I probably could increase the budget a bit but I'd really like to invest that money elsewhere (watercooling).
