BEST 2560 x 1440 MONITOR FOR GAMING

Thread Starter
Hello, I am still doubting about which monitor buy.
I was thinking about the dell u2711 as I said in other thread but I have heard many things about the input lag of the monitor while gaming, which is for what I want the monitor. I was also thinking about the apple cinema display.

I need help because by the end of this week I will have finished my new build.
Do you think of any other option?

Many thanks

This. It has great out of the box colors (it was more accurate that the dell out of the box) it has an input lag of 11ms and its only 500 bucks. It doesnt have the fancy features of the dell like portrait or great calibration but for gaming it seems perfect.

Thank you very much, I wrote to Hazro to ask about how the warranty works because I think is a good monitor for gaming, but they told me that in case I have problems are covered by the warranty, but I will have to pay the shipment to Uk for the replacement,
to be honest I don't like this point. But I will see, maybe before deciding I want to see the new samsung S27A850D.
They have told me that the new ASUS pro art pa246q is a very good monitor but is 1920x1200.

as compensation, they ship it to YOU from UK for free.. ? biggrin.gif

And you should never buy anything and expecting it to break tongue.gif

samsung s27a850 <- a quick googling on that reveals that it has backlight bleeding, which annoys me alot at least (my current samsung monitors has it as well) :<<br />
guess i'll stick aim to get the hazro monitor

Yep, they ship it back to me for free, due to it is a new monitor what falls me back a little bit is that imagine I open the box, try the monitor and there is any problem or something with the screen, many dead pixels, etc so I will have to send it back and pay the shipment which is not cheap. But If I hear that people who use this monitor are happy, I will go for it, due to it has no scaler and for games is ok.

Theres a wise saying ... theres never enough money to do things right once, but theres always enough money to do things twice or 3 times.

Moral of the story, save your coin and buy a reputable and well known monitor even if its more expensive but you wont have problems with it, and IF you have, theres a warranty that doesnt need crazy overseas shipping.
