I don't understand why your ram would spike in speed with turbo boost off? It is a setting for the cpu to jump in frequency. Maybe you have missed some setting that would cause your ram to fluctuate like that with turbo off?
I am just offering solutions, also when you start your o/c it is better to turn your ram speed down to rule it out as a possible culprit.
i will check the bios settings again brb

You're fine with 1.65
BIOS is adjusting the voltage to what it can deliver
You're asking for too much precision

Yes I'm quite sure
And like the vdropp for Vcore every motherboard has a vdroop for DRAM voltage

Anyway set it to 1.65 and you will be fine

ok i did so thanks!
Anyways in the end i cannot turn off turbo mode because when i am trying put x34 multiplier i can disable turbo mode but it stays at 3.4ghz.
and when i am trying to put 35multiplier or above it automaticly turns on the turbo mode and goes to 4.8ghz and you cannot turn it off.

Interesting... For being such a high end motherboard, it has a quirk like that?
I'm going to grab the manual for the motherboard, and look it over, see if we can't find something else to try.
edit: well I didn't seem to find anything specifically in the manual, sorry maybe another maximus 4 owner can chime in.
