Sager np9280

I have an NP9280 and was wondering how I would go about overclocking it. I am new so I don't know where to begin.

Sager NP9280

17" WUXGA (1920x1200) Glossy Widescreen

nVIDIA GeForce GTX 280M 1GB GDDR3

Intel® Core™ i7-920 Processor (2.66GHz) 8MB L3 Cache, 4.8 GT/sec QPI, LGA 1366

12GB Crucial 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Laptop Memory Model CT2KIT51264BC1067

I just recently purchased:

3 x SAMSUNG 470 Series MZ-5PA256/US 2.5" 256GB SATA II Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

I am thinking of putting those 3 in a RAID 0 configuration.

Anyone have any advice on how to go about overclocking the processor, ram or video card? Has anyone experimented with the 9280 already and have some guidelines to follow?

Thanks!

Is there any options in the BIOS for over clocking?
If so, then might want to take a peak at this.

As for the GPU.
MSI Afterburner.

I checked the BIOS and it doesn't look like they give you any options for that. I even updated the BIOS to the newest version.

That being the said, does that mean I am basically out of luck on overclocking? I know my processor came in 3 iterations of speed, so it can run faster.
