Serious Computer "shutting off" problems

Well, recently, my computer has been randomly turning off. This happened 2 days ago... It just turns off, completly stops working then restarts itself. I have an i7-950 oc'd to 4.03 ghz and I am NOT posting full overclock settings unless it is REALLY needed.

But a week ago, it was fine - turned on and off correctly and didn't shut down. So today I turned on my computer. I'm on a x58a-ud3r mobo. It started up fine, as expected. Got to the login screen of windows 7. Typed in my password and right before the screen fades and shows the desktop, boom it turns off. Did it a second time when it auto restarted. Then a chkdsk, and I decided to turn off my alt monitor while logging in and I managed to get in. Turned on the other monitor, still fine. Then I load up firefox, and minecraft, and try to connect to a server on minecraft and it just goes straight off.

Yesterday it cut off twice while doing TF2 and map editing for that on two monitors.

Previously, whenever I cut the power to my PC from the wall (I don't do that any more) the computer restarts about 3 times and resets my overclocking due to "high overclocking/voltages", which I change back, but when I turned my PC off normally and on the next day without cutting the power at the wall it loads fine.

I have a 850w (plenty of power) modular power supply. Any help?

I'll mention this: No BSOD, nothing in event log about a BSOD. Also my temps just running skype, windows live messanger, firefox and background programs are higher than normal
