Put a fan next to it? Not really any options besides adding a fan.

What card is it?

Are there water-blocks for it? If so, you could eater-cool it.

you could get one of those high blowing server fans and put it on the end blowing out of the case but it will be load lol

Passive cooling doesn't work very well unless you have great airflow in the area. You either need a fan directly on the cooler or a fan blowing towards it. I tried passively cooling my hd6870 with a arctic cooling accelero 2 and it didn't work even though my FT02 case has amazing airflow. My temps were still climbing past 90C every time I tested it. I always stopped the testing when it got that hot because it was clear it was still climbing.

Perhaps you could make some kind of duct that aims the air from the case fan to the right onto the cooler.

Or perhaps flip the cooler over (I know it can be done on this model of cooler) and cut a hole in the bottom of your case and have a case fan blow on it from the bottom of the case.
