Dell XPS M1330 &1530 Bluescreen Issues

Thread Starter
Hi All,

I have two laptops (one mine & one is my dads). Both are giving us bluescreens.

One of the errors was this:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000024 (0x000c08a5, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\\Windows\\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 062011-26020-01.

And a second one (listed as critical):

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

These were both from the M1330.

The following are from the M1530:

Error:

As you can see this seems to be a generic problem on these xps's as both of our machines are newish and have done this since we bought them. They were bought second hand but referbished by dell. Anyone got any suggestions as to how to fix this?

How often does it happen and when? I found this article if it helps although for win 7. It seems a lot of these 41 events point to sound drivers, lan or outdated wi-fi drivers.

It also might indicate a problem with an upgrade downgrade between 7 and xp, I saw that somewhere.
